Our Technical Support Department provides assistance at every stage from initial enquiry. They have a 100% track record of restoring client data, intact and up-to-date, when required, and we have assisted many of our customers to recover from a wide range of operational problems. Telephone support is untimed, unlimited, and free for all clients, and we recognize no division of responsibility. Whatever the client's problem, we will do whatever we can to get him working again. We regard our clients as our clients are our most valuable asset.

The Data Vault takes great pride in the level and quality of support which it provides
to its customers. As our "Success Stories" shows, we have a large and appreciative
clientel, many of whom have been assisted to recover data. We define our support
facilities as two separate categories, Direct Support provided in real time by our
Technical Services Department, and Market Support, which provides customers
and potential customers alike, with information and Documentation to help them
in their efforts to protect their data and their business.
