How We Help
The Data Vault has a suite of well-established software programmes which
make it simple for you to backup not only your working data and databases,
but also your operating system and applications.
We install a software package in your server/desktop/laptop which you can
use to mark those files and folders you wish to backup. We make a copy of
your data, encrypt it to your password, and install it in our Data Warehouse
in Melbourne. Thereafter, the software "wakes up" each night, detects any
changes/additions to your files, encrypts them and sends them down to us
for addition to your main data.
When you wish to recover your data, you can simply log on
to our site, using the software we supply, and download the
file(s) you require, at any time. There is no restriction on how
much or how often you recover your data. If you have a major
disaster and require too much to download, then we will supply
this on DVD via the fastest means available, at no cost to you.
